I have gone through this kind of thing in a church I attended for 10 years. Once the board of the church heard the allegations they didn't do anything. The allegations went to the newspaper. The pastor denied everything and was removed as the pastor. He went against the rules and opened up a small church 6 blocks away. Now he has a large church in a neighboring town.
Still he has not confessed after 8 years. These things take such a terrible toll on the church.
